No one likes them, they are but wasted space in every sense and when drawn, they’re still blanks! They have been the root of all my frustrations lately. Every attempt I make to do something productive leaves me just as quick as it came to me. The result; I’m left standing by my computer, looking at the screen with no idea with which I wanted to use the computer for to begin with.
I’m drawing blanks again, oh no.
I suppose blanks could be put to some sort of good use. Maybe they exist as a sign or message to do nothing. Or, they’re just the arch-enemy of creativity and imagination. If so, they will never truly be defeated no matter how hard we try. Every good guy, hero and protagonist needs that one supervillain they are a constant reminder that your presence is needed, they keep you on your toes as well. Without an arch-enemy, in my case______________, the hero has no purpose or goal; Batman needs the Joker, Superman needs Lex Luthor, and Aquaman___________ and without them, they really aren’t put to the test that they need in order to prove just how heroic they are.
Enough about comics and heroes.
Blanks are just bad for you 99.99% of the time.
In a gun, they defeat the purpose of owning one.
On paper, they’re hard to read and they can’t help you pass your class.
On your face, it makes you look like a zombie.
You can’t draw them no matter how hard you try, despite what anyone says.
You can’t even trust a blank check. It will be cancelled.
I don’t like blanks, but there is something worse that I dislike more. Wasted time, space and money. What good is it to own empty space? Now, you feel obligated to waste more time and money to fill that unnecessary space. You have to buy more furniture for an empty room, no one likes blank walls (except for me) so you buy picture frames and paintings and other weird stuff to put on them. Now, you have picture frames, what good are they without good pictures? Time to buy a camera. Not a cheap one either, nobody wants to look at pictures taken from cheap cameras. I think I’ve made my point.
So I’m done drawing blanks and I have new plan for the wasted space and time. I’m getting rid of them. I have no time for them but I cannot be rid of them, I can only manage them. Because, like I said, every superhero needs a supervillain.
